Contemporary Black Facade Schuler Villa in Switzerland
Schuler Villa is a beautiful contemporary residence located in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. The villa has been designed by andrea pelati architecte and the team that put their hearts in this project was composed of Andrea Pelati, Raphaël Fromaigeat, Anna Popek-Schmalstieg and Sandy Erlebach. The structure of the firm was completed in 2010 and the total projection area is around 690 square meters.
View in gallery The house sits on a narrow plot in the eye of the hamlet of Boundry and information technology's surrounded by houses, a church building and an old mansion. The house is a rather unusual presence in that expanse, with its contemporary design and imposing construction. It'south a residence that was designed to favor intimacy then information technology has a compact structure with rather small windows on the front façade. The public spaces are widely opened on one side in order to do good from the natural light and the environment.

View in gallery The residence features iii levels and the rooms are functionally divided among these areas. The ground floor includes a rental flat with directly access to the garden. The anteroom of the apartment too connects to the bedchamber's hall and to a staircase that leads to the attic. This area is a solar day zone. On the south side in that location's the dining room and a terrace. Considering the façade of the villa has dissimilar heights, this allows the owners to hide backside these walls and to enjoy intimacy and placidity.{found on archdaiy and pics by Thomas Jantscher}
